Abstract

The purpose of writing this journal is to identify strategies for handling bad credit in the remedial bucket at PT. Mandiri Tunas Finance Cirebon Branch. The type of method used is a qualitative method by conducting an interview with Mr. Budiyana in the Account Recievable (AR) Remedial Bucket Management section at PT. Mandiri Tunas Finance. The results of this research explain that various anticipations have been carried out by PT. Mandiri Tunas Finance Cirebon Branch. However, Bad Credit still occurs every year. Several factors that cause bad credit include customer character, customer health and customer business. Therefore, Bad Credit must be handled so as not to cause losses to the Company. One form of strategy for handling Bad Credit carried out by PT. Mandiri Tunas Finance Cirebon Branch is to visit customers' residences and places of business regularly and take a persuasive approach. .
