REVIEW OF THE CRIME OF GENOCIDE IN THE PERSPECTIVE OF INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL LAW AND ISLAMIC CRIMINAL LAW

The crime of genocide is a serious violation of human rights which is categorized as an enemy of humanity (hostis humanis generis). other principles and norms. The aim of this research is to provide an overview and analysis of crime which is the responsibility (obligatio erga omnes) of all mankind to punish fairly. This research is included in qualitative research using a descriptive approach through systematic, fast and factual data collection in accordance with the description in the research. The results of this research show that it describes several views or reviews regarding the crime of Genocide from the perspective of International Criminal Law and the perspective of Islamic Criminal Law.
